Supplier vetting

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked about Suppliers

When does the CSDDD start to apply?

Directive (EU) 2024/1760 is transposed in stages; effective application depends on each Member State's timetable and on company size.

What evidence does a corporate customer ask for?

Usually the completed questionnaire, current certificates, the liability insurance policy and a signed due diligence policy.

How do you prioritise across hundreds of suppliers?

By criticality and by risk: the program scores both and orders the work by the suppliers with the greatest impact and exposure.
