A vetted directory, engagements with a fixed scope, and tracked deliverables
Some obligations software can't close on its own: formally appointing a data protection officer, an expert report, a topographic survey of plots. The marketplace lets you buy them from the very file that prompts them, and do the whole thing: book the professional's slot, sign the engagement letter, pay into their account, and receive the certificate on the file. It isn't a supplier list with a contact form.
