Spain's authority is now operating and tick-box channels are under review. Would yours hold up?Act now →
Pricing

Pay for the obligations that apply to you, in your country's currency.

No per-user cost: compliance works when the whole workforce takes part, and charging per head discourages exactly the use the rules require. Configure your case below and you'll see the price, which obligations become covered and which risk you stop carrying.

5 Choose your programs

Each core program covers one specific obligation, with its rule and its penalty regime. The cross-cutting ones cover none: they run through all the others and are what makes their evidence hold.

What is now covered

Under the rules of Spain, not Spain's by default.

0 of 13 obligations covered

Tick a program on the left and you'll see here which obligation becomes covered, under which rule, and which risk you stop carrying.

And what else it protects
  • Debarment from public contracts and from public grants (art. 71 LCSP, Spain).
  • Removal as a supplier in corporate client audits (CSRD · CSDDD).
  • Personal liability of directors and a review of the D&O policy.
Your configuration

Tick the programmes you need and you will see here which obligations are covered, and under which rule in your country.

Each programme is licensed per company with unlimited users. We send the quote with your exact configuration: what you just ticked travels with the request, so you won't have to repeat it. The penalty figures are the maximums each rule provides for, not an estimate of the fine you would face: the actual penalty depends on the infringement, its severity and the mitigating factors — among them, being able to show that your compliance system works. Informational content, not legal advice. That is also why they are not added up: ceilings from different rules do not aggregate, and a single «exposure» total would mean nothing.

How the tariff is built

Three rules, and no further small print

The zone, because Spain and Peru are not the same market

Three pricing zones, not eleven. Spain and the EU in the first; Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and the Dominican Republic in the second; Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia in the third. A multinational group sees one regional rule, not eleven different prices.

The volume, because the core is only implemented once

The second program rests on the case file, the evidence and the audit trails already running. It costs less to serve, so it costs less to buy: from 4% with two programs to 22% from eight onwards.

The year, because compliance is not a one-quarter project

On annual billing you pay ten months and use twelve. The obligation doesn't expire in March, and the evidence has to be produceable at any point in the year.

Before signing anything

Pilot rollout: 45 days on a real obligation, with a consultant assigned

This is not a trial account with made-up data. We pick the obligation with the nearest deadline, configure it with your sites, your roles and the rules that apply to you, and by the end of the pilot you hold real evidence for that obligation — whether you stay or not.

No lock-in commitment and no credit card.

Week 1 We pick the obligation with the nearest deadline and configure your sites, your roles and the rules of your jurisdiction.
Weeks 2–4 It runs for real: cases come in, deadlines run, things get signed and sealed. Your people, your data, your reality.
Weeks 5–6 We review what evidence you ended up with, where the gaps remain and what closing them would cost. You decide on that.
At close The evidence generated is yours and exports in standard formats, whether you buy or not.
Every configuration includes
Dedicated infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups and continuous regulatory updates.
Engineering support
A reply within 24 working hours, always from someone who knows the platform from the inside.
Grow without re-implementing
Every new program rests on the core already in place: switching it on takes days, not months.
Pricing questions

Common questions about the pricing model

Why per company and not per user?

Because the obligations apply to the whole workforce: the whistleblowing channel must be open to any employee, art. 4 AI training reaches everyone who uses those systems, and working-time records are universal. Charging per user would discourage exactly the use the rules require.

Why does the price change by country?

Because the market isn't the same. There are three pricing zones and the country only decides which one you fall into, with local currency as presentation. There is no difference in product or support between zones: it is exactly the same platform.

Is the figure in my currency what I'll actually pay?

It's indicative, at the rate shown in the configurator itself. The contract closes in euros or dollars depending on the country, and the quote says so. We don't call external FX services from this site, which is why the rate carries a visible date.

Is there an implementation fee?

The guided rollout has a price and it's shown, struck through: until 31 October 2026 it is free. After that it returns to its tariff, which depends on the number of programs. It is not a discount on the subscription — it is the setup itself.

How is it different from a free trial?

In that you aren't on your own, and in that what comes out of it holds up. A trial account with invented data proves nothing to an inspector; a 45-day pilot rollout on a real obligation, with a consultant assigned, ends with usable evidence. No credit card and no lock-in.

Minimum term?

12 months in the first year; monthly thereafter. If you leave, you export all your data and evidence in standard formats — they're yours.

Can I start with one program and add more later?

It's the usual path: you start with the obligation whose deadline is nearest, and each further program is switched on in days, because the case-and-evidence core is already in place. The volume discount recalculates itself as you add.

I'm a firm serving several clients. How is that counted?

Not by headcount but by clients served: a firm licence plus a per-client fee that falls with volume. Each client's case file stays separate from the rest, and you decide what each one sees.
