What holds the service up, specifically
The platform holds whistleblowing reports, personal data and evidence that may end up in front of a regulator. These are the terms the service runs on.
We don't resell a licence: we build the product
In compliance, the product changes every time a rule changes. Anyone who doesn't control the code depends on somebody else's release schedule to adapt — and that schedule isn't set by the regulator in the country where your company operates.
Responsible for running the group, for the product architecture and for the regulatory judgement applied in the platform. He signs the Regulatory Radar analyses.
