About us

DSA Nexus: software engineering and compliance consulting

DSA Compliance is one of DSA Nexus's products. The same group builds it, deploys it and runs it, with its own software factory and a regulatory consulting team. Head office in Madrid, operating across Spain and Latin America.

What we do

Three capabilities and two products

The capabilities aren't unrelated business lines: they're the reason the product evolves, gets deployed and stays supported without depending on anyone else.

Capability · engineering

DSA Codex

Our custom software development firm for businesses. It's the team that built DSA Compliance and the one that keeps its roadmap.

What that means for you: a regulatory nuance in your sector, or an integration with your ERP, goes into our own development queue rather than waiting on an outside vendor's schedule.

Capability · consulting

Digital transformation

Process and compliance consulting: turning a legal obligation into controls, owners, deadlines and evidence inside how the business actually runs.

What that means for you: the rollout isn't about installing software: it's about leaving your obligation map configured by entity, site and country.
Capability · operations

Technology outsourcing

Teams that run and sustain platforms in production: availability, support, evolution and service continuity.

What that means for you: there's the structure to sustain the service for the life of the contract, not just to sell it and install it.
Product · regulatory compliance

DSA Compliance

Sixteen programs on a shared file-and-evidence core, with the obligations of Spain and Latin America mapped. It's the product this site is about.

Product · operations management

DSA Core

An operational ERP for service businesses: projects, people, time and billing. It shares the entity, site and people model with DSA Compliance, so a group can run its operations and its compliance on the same structure.

How we implement

Five phases, each with a deliverable

A compliance rollout doesn't end when the software is installed: it ends when the organisation produces evidence on its own. Each phase has a deliverable, an owner and a deadline.

  1. FASE 01
    Diagnóstico
Obligations applicable by entity, site and country; detected gaps and priorities by legal deadline and by penalty exposure.
Deliverable: an obligations report and a prioritised roadmap
    1 hour + report
  2. FASE 02
    Configuración
Entity and site structure, roles and permissions, statutory deadlines, file templates and dashboards.
Deliverable: an environment configured with your regulatory map
    1–2 weeks
  3. FASE 03
    Migration and training
Loading existing documentation and records, and training administrators and the people who will run each program.
Deliverable: data migrated and administrators trained
    1–2 weeks
  4. FASE 04
    Go-live
The first program goes into production, staff are informed where the rules require it, and the first files are checked.
Deliverable: a program in production and evidence being generated
    1 week
  5. FASE 05
    Seguimiento
Periodic review with your named consultant, bringing in regulatory changes and switching on the next programs.
Deliverable: review minutes and a plan for the next period
    continuo
How we run the service

What holds the service up, specifically

The platform holds whistleblowing reports, personal data and evidence that may end up in front of a regulator. These are the terms the service runs on.

Dedicated infrastructure
A server dedicated to the platform, with encryption in transit and at rest and daily backups.
Evidence integrity
A SHA-256 hash on upload, a qualified timestamp and a chain of custody logging every access.
Separation per client
Each entity runs on its own data space and its own document base, with no mixing between clients.
Regulatory updates
Rule changes go into the product and are announced in a release note, at no extra licence cost.
Support with access to engineering
A reply within 24 working hours, escalating straight to the team that builds the platform.
Data portability
At any time you can export your files, documents and evidence in standard formats. They're yours.
Why it matters who builds it

We don't resell a licence: we build the product

In compliance, the product changes every time a rule changes. Anyone who doesn't control the code depends on somebody else's release schedule to adapt — and that schedule isn't set by the regulator in the country where your company operates.

01
Our own roadmap — the roadmap is decided by the group with its clients, not by a licence vendor.
02
Engineering and legal judgement in one team — whoever interprets the obligation sits with whoever implements it.
03
Two jurisdictions on one core — European and Latin American regulation mapped on the same platform.
04
No lock-in — data exports in standard formats and the client can take it away.
Leadership and accountability
David Soler · founder and chief executive

Responsible for running the group, for the product architecture and for the regulatory judgement applied in the platform. He signs the Regulatory Radar analyses.

Team

Platform engineering, regulatory consulting and support sit in one team on one product. Every client gets a named consultant during rollout and direct access to engineering for whatever their sector needs.

Let's work together

A one-hour assessment, at no cost

We go through the obligations that apply to you by country and entity, point out the gaps and pin down where to start. You leave with a plan, whether you buy or not.
