Training and awareness you can evidence in an inspection
Art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and art. 19 of Ley 31/1995 both require training. Both are evidenced the same way: an individual record with content, date, result and validity.

From the legal topic to a certificate that survives an inspection
Training is easy; proving it isn't. Here every pass leaves a certificate with a verification code, a content version and an expiry date.
- 01 Topics grow out of the rule AI literacy (art. 4), harassment, money laundering, data protection or health and safety: each topic carries its legal reference and its expiry.
- 02 Everyone sees what's theirs to do Assigned, passed and outstanding with their deadlines, plus the history with each certificate's validity — including the one that has already lapsed.
