Autorizaciones con vencimiento, vertimientos con analítica fuera de plazo, libro de registro electrónico del art. 65 de la Ley 7/2022, Declaración UE de Conformidad por cada envase desde agosto de 2026 y diligencia debida del Reglamento (UE) 2023/1115: sin coordenadas de parcela verificadas, la mercancía no entra en el mercado europeo.
Todo lo ambiental se ordena en tres preguntas: <b>lo que emite</b> —aire, agua y suelo, con su autorización y su analítica frente al valor límite—, <b>lo que desecha</b> —libro de registro, traslados y gestor autorizado para ese LER— y <b>lo que pone en el mercado</b> —la Declaración UE de Conformidad de cada tipo de envase—. Encima de las tres, la cadena: proveedores homologados con vigencias vigiladas y el programa EUDR con verificación satelital de parcelas. La presión ya no viene solo del regulador: viene de sus clientes.
