The inspector's question has three parts. The platform is built on those three.

Which rule binds you, which control covers it and which evidence proves it. Each of the 21 programs walks that whole chain and writes it down, with a date and a name. There is no fourth part.

From obligation to evidence, with no gaps

A document manager stores paper. A dashboard paints colours. What you are asked for is proof that a specific control, required by a specific rule, was carried out on a specific date by someone with a name. This is that chain, program by program.

Data comes in from where it already lives
